Independent Living

Empowering Veterans with Stability, Community, and Independence Serving Chicagoland

Structured, Sober Housing with Community Support

T & S Management provides safe, stable, and affordable housing for Veterans across the Chicagoland area. Our independent living homes are alcohol- and drug-free, non-co-ed, and specifically designed to offer Veterans the structure and support they need to regain independence and build a better future.

We offer both traditional and transitional housing options to meet the unique needs of each resident — whether you're looking for short-term stability or a longer-term place to call home.

What Is Co-Living for Veterans?

Co-living at T & S Management means more than just sharing a house — it’s about building a supportive community with others who understand your journey.

Co-living is an affordable and practical housing model where Veterans live together in a shared, fully furnished home. Residents have private or semi-private bedrooms while sharing common areas like kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms. Utilities, internet, and basic cleaning services are included — simplifying your living experience.

Unlike traditional apartment rentals, co-living fosters connection. Our residents often share similar life experiences, creating natural bonds and offering one another support. This built-in sense of community makes it easier to feel at home, even in a transitional phase of life.

Benefits of Co-Living:

  • Lower personal living costs
  • No need to furnish your space
  • Shared household responsibilities
  • Flexible leases for short- or long-term needs
  • On-site managers to support peaceful living
  • A community that promotes dignity, respect, and growth

At T & S, co-living combines structure, affordability, and a Veteran-first approach — giving you the comfort of home and the encouragement to move forward.
